Data Collection & Use
We collect only the minimum personal information required to authenticate your account, verify service eligibility, process payments, and facilitate secure communications. Your health information is stored separately from billing and business records.
Who can see your clinical records
Only your own clinician can open your clinical notes. Practice owners, administrators, marketing tools and payment providers cannot see them, and payment records never contain diagnoses or health details.
Your right to see your records
You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or request account closure. We respond to statutory privacy access requests within a strict 30-day SLA window in compliance with applicable law.
