NAFS & RUH Psychosoul is an online-first counselling, psychotherapy, and educational platform based in Canada. We offer a dedicated space for personal reflection, meaningful care, and structured professional development.
Our Core Pathways
We organize our care and learning around four distinct experiences, each designed with its own boundaries, consent requirements, and specialized approach:
- Individual Support: One-on-one psychological consultation focused on personal insight, emotional resilience, and evidence-informed therapeutic guidance.
- Couple Counselling: Facilitated dialogue and relationship support with strict independent privacy for each partner's personal disclosures.
- Family Consultation: Multi-participant family systems support respecting individual boundaries, guardian consent, and generational perspectives.
- NAFS & RUH Academy: Educational courses, masterclasses, and curriculum exploring the intersection of psychological science, holistic well-being, and spiritual tradition.
Licensed, ethical care
Psychotherapy is provided only by licensed clinicians, for the provinces or countries they are licensed in. We confirm this based on where you are at the time of each session.
Spiritual mentorship and philosophical exploration are available as separate, optional educational services and are not psychotherapy.
Privacy by Design
We believe confidentiality is foundational to healing. Our platform employs strict access-control lists, encrypted video consultations, and zero clinical identifiers in payment or marketing metadata. Platform owners and administrators are permanently blinded from patient clinical records.
